Kondwani Kuchelekana, Bachelor of Community Development is a dedicated development professional and community advocate serving as the Executive Director of the Patient and Community Welfare Foundation of Malawi (PAWEM). With a strong background in community development, he is committed to promoting inclusive participation, strengthening community structures, and advancing equitable access to health and social services across Malawi.

Godfrey Banda is an excellent example of a clinical researcher with extensive management experience. His career highlights his ability to bridge the gap between clinical research and public health management, making him a respected authority in the field of infectious diseases and a valuable asset in times of health crises. Spending Twelve years in the field of biomedical research specifically surveys, clinical trial and Clinical studies equipped him with vibrant community experience when it comes to project design and planning, Monitoring and evaluation of project activities and implementation field based public health program.His academic record of MSc in Epidemiology,Double BSc's in Health Management and Public Health and Diploma in clinical studies and Project Management advances him to be an expert in proposal writing that are grant winning .As Director of programmes and Patient Support services at PAWEM,he is in a pipeline with projects that are affiliated to College of Medicine, Welcome Trust and the Ministry of Health.

Innocent John Mwenye, MA Development Studies, BSc Development Studies is a development practitioner and researcher with extensive experience in policy analysis, community development, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He serves as the Director of Research, Policy and Partnerships at the Patient and Community Welfare Foundation of Malawi (PAWEM), where he leads research initiatives, policy development, strategic partnerships, and evidence-based advocacy programmes. He is passionate about promoting equitable access to health and social services, strengthening community participation, and advancing sustainable development initiatives that improve the welfare of vulnerable populations in Malawi.

Tissy Bonomali is a and public health officer and clinical technitian currently serving as Programme Officer – Health and Medical Services at the Patient and Community Welfare Foundation of Malawi (PAWEM). She combines her clinical background with program management experience to design and implement community-centered health interventions that improve access to quality healthcare services and promote positive health outcomes.

Vincent Idana is a Public Health professional with extensive experience supporting health programs, community-based interventions, and institutional initiatives. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine, with strong leadership experience in program implementation, service delivery, training, supervision, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, community structures, and partner organizations to strengthen health systems and improve service delivery across diverse settings.
